Farm 1881

This abandoned farmhouse is located deep in the woods near a small village somewhere in Belgium. Built in 1881.

The last owners left everything behind: clothes, books, a lot of pictures, toys... So, while scooping around looking for more info about the farm I found a lot of travel books, pictures and souvenirs from a little bit all over the world. My guess is they found a new home and wanted to start a new life elsewhere... Who knows...

The furniture you see in the pictures are all handmade. It was extraordinary to see.

I recently heard that the farmhouse has completely been emptied... I really hope members of the family or the new owners claimed it.
